Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and understand the Terms of Service below. I have the right to refuse any request that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

Payment
Once I approve your commission please send payment via Ko-fi!
Commission will not be started until payment is received.
-Full payment must be received up front for sketch commissions.
-For colored commissions, 3/4 payment must be sent up front via Ko-fi. After the commissioner receives their commission, they will send the rest via Ko-fi.

Depending on complexity and custom requests, prices may reflect this. This is meant for Toontown character commissions (NPCs, OCs...) Please contact me to set something else up if you are looking to have a different subject drawn for you, or a more rendered out toontown inspired comm.

Commission Process

Work in Progress shots may be given if I have a question that requires commissioners' input and/or to get approval for a step in the process (like a pose). If it is a sketch comm, none may be given as it may be completed before then.

In the span of a few days to two weeks, the sketch will be sent to you privately via DMs or email. Please note this time is subject to change as traffic increases. Image will come with a simple, solid color background unless requested otherwise. If a colored comm, background may have a simple pattern requested (like flowers, stars, etc.)

If your commission needs to be finished by a specific date, please let me know! Price may reflect this change.

Changes after finished piece

No changes may be made after the piece is finished (sent to you after payment in full) unless I forgot a detail you mentioned beforehand to be included (such as an outfit accessory, pet doodle) or if a color comm has an incorrect color. After two times altering a color, no more color changes may be made.

Copyright

I retain exclusive rights to the artwork provided to the commissioner.

The commissioner may:
-post the artwork online WITH credit
-use as profile picture/personal use

The commissioner may NOT:
-use as NFT or anything related to blockchain/AI training
-make monetary value off the artwork commissioned
-remove any watermarks, signatures, or copyright metadata

Use with credit refers to having "pfp by biinchu" or "drawing by biinchu" somewhere the public eye can see it, preferably linking back to my twitter (tho I understand u can't link back in a bio)

Cancellation/Refunds

I have the right to cancel the commission and refund your money at any point.
You cannot cancel/refund the commission once it's been started.

Hi! I'm Biinchu and I've been drawing toons since 2013 (back when Toonbook was active). I play a variety of video games, but games with character customization like RPGs got me into drawing characters.

I'm 22/yo and graduated with a BFA in Illustration. Currently, my only source of income is through odd jobs. Please consider checking out my commissions; I have not only myself to feed but my cat too :-)
